Nope. Sorry folks. I am a complete idiot with attaching and sizing pics. I will try to post some on myspace because I know how. http://www.myspace.com/bobbyboyddrums Give me a couple days to get some shots of the new snare. |

RE: trying to attach.
It worked!
Thats a 7" teak, solid. I put those wood hoops on a Maryland Drum brass and it was a good trade. I'll post more. I have yet to take shots of new "Super Drum 24 lug (12+12) and the granite snare I saw at NAMM. |

It's a long story, but ...(brief version) My uncle was a drummer and I came to have his Oaklawn Camcos (13,16,20,14.) Pink Champ. was not something I wanted. Now remember, I'm about 17 or 18 at the time. So I stripped them down and poly u'd them. We'll. Obviously I came to regret that. Fast forward... My father, who was a sign painter, passed in '94. He was quite the pack rat and we are still discovering things. Anyway, he became quite good at putting gold leaf on decal for fire trucks, etc...really nice stuff. While cleaning I came across this scroll work and thought what would be more honorable for it then such a great snare drum. |
